About Me
Michele was born in Ancona (Italy) during the Christmas morning of 1984.
He has a Master of Science degree in “Law” with a final mark of 110/110.
On his final work he discussed the thesis “L’obbligo di riservatezza nell’arbitrato commerciale interno ed internazionale: aspetti giuridici di natura sostanziale e processuale” concerning the matter of confidentiality in International Commercial Arbitration.
He has a bachelor degree in “law and international organization” with a final mark of 110/110 cum laude.
On his final work he discussed the thesis “La cooperazione economica nell’Asia Sud-Orientale tra sistemi convenzionali multilaterali e regionali” concerning the economic cooperation in South-East Asia between regional (Asean, Bimstec, Saarc, APTA) models and the multilateral (WTO) one.
The areas of his studies are: Arbitration, European Union Law, International law, International trade law, Law of international organizations, International dispute settlement.
He speaks fluently Italian, English, and Elementary Chinese and practises Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan and plays a (chinese) Violin.
He has the best skills and expertise in human resources organization and relationship in multicultural context acquired, above all, in various international project such as the cultural and language course attended in Beijing - People’s Republic of China, a Ceramic Stage at “Centro de Formação Profissional para a Indústria Cerâmica” (CENCAL) in Caldas da Rahina – Portugal, the Workcamp “Primula” in Řehlovice – Czech Republic, and the role of Group Leader in the International Arts Summer at Lärkkulla in Karjaa – Finland.
He was member of “Bocconi” University Delegation in the National Model of United Nations, New York City, as Syrian Arab Republic’s representative in the Conference on Disarmament, in March 2007: NCCA Award for Outstanding Position Papers.
He was member of “Bocconi” University Team in the XV Willelm C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration MOOT, in March 2008. Ranking: Top 20!!
From July to September 2007 he improved his knowledge of Chinese Law and International Trade Law through the internship in “Birindelli e Associati” law firm, Beijing office.
He travelled all over the European Nations, India, China and U.S.A. He’s an enthusiast Italian and EU citizen.
